1. We meet up at the property, where you tell us what you want. We’ll make an assessment of what your proposals might cost.
2. If you decide to go forward, we make an estimate to develop the preliminary project with plans, measurements, materials, technical consultations, and estimates from all the sectors involved. The expenses from the preliminary project will be deducted from the total renovation cost.
3. Once we have your approval, we’ll present the final project and apply for building permits.
4. The start of the project. We’ll make an on-site visit together every two weeks.

Problems selling your house?

2. We put together a draft proposal with plans and simulated images of how your renovated house will look.
